Welcome to Kluwer Merger Check

Kluwer Merger Check is the online tool that enables you to determine whether a contemplated transaction (merger, acquisition or joint venture) meets the thresholds for notification under the concentration control regimes of one or more jurisdictions. Based on the data requested by the tool and submitted by you, the tool will create a report indicating in which of the specified jurisdictions, if any, notification of a concentration is required.

In the following screens you will be asked to provide information relating to the undertakings which you have identified as concerned by the transaction, and the relevant jurisdictions. The answers to these questions are necessary in order to provide an accurate report on the relevant notification requirements. One question at a time will be visible. The tool has been constructed in such a way so as to keep the questions to the minimum necessary to reach the conclusion as to notification obligations.
